Subscription Policy

The Service is offered on a subscription basis for a recurring fee (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis (30-day cycle) unless otherwise stated on the payment page.

By purchasing a trial or Subscription, you agree that you will be charged the applicable Subscription Fee at the beginning of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter until you cancel, at the then-current Subscription Fee.

All prices applicable to you are clearly stated on the payment page. Please review the payment page carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to charge fees in a single transaction or multiple transactions where necessary.

2. Paid Trial

We may offer a paid trial for a limited period at a reduced rate.

You must cancel your Subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the full Subscription Fee. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period (typically 7 days unless otherwise stated), your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription and you will be charged the full Subscription Fee indicated on the payment page.

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted Subscription rates. Such promotional rates will automatically renew at the standard Subscription price after the promotional period ends unless canceled.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase.

You authorize Print Hub Fix and its third-party payment processors to automatically charge the applicable Subscription Fees on each renewal date to the payment method you provided until you cancel your Subscription.

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry charging your payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

Your bank or card issuer may charge additional fees such as currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees. Print Hub Fix is not responsible for such charges.

4. Cancellation

Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your Subscription before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your Subscription by:
• Logging into your account and selecting ‘My Account’ → ‘Membership’ → ‘Cancel Subscription’
• Contacting customer support at info@printhubfix.shop

Upon cancellation, your access to Subscription services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and will then terminate without further charges.

We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription if:
• Payment fails
• You violate our Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

5. Refunds

Refunds may be available under certain conditions. If you request a refund within 30 days from the date of your initial registration, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the Subscription Fee for the current billing period.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases involving:
• Violation of our Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Chargeback abuse
• Excessive usage

Notice for California Residents: If you reside in California, you may cancel your Subscription without penalty prior to midnight of the third business day following your initial registration. If canceled within this timeframe, we will return any payments made within ten (10) days of receiving your cancellation notice.

6. Translations

Any translation of this Subscription Policy is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
