PLEASE NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION IN SECTION 12 THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNITED STATES. THIS AGREEMENT ALSO CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

California residents may cancel within three (3) business days as required by applicable law.
